Don't tell anybody I said this, but I sorta miss the bats from my old house. I used to watch them leave at night, and come home in the morning before daylight. I don't see any where I live now, but you could set your clock by the bats where I housesit.
There's just something very peaceful about watching them. They don't see like other mammals to navigate. They listen to the echo of their own sound, and know exactly where they are.
I wish I could do that.
