1/12 Scale Miniature Coffins with Skeletons

Coffins are hand-painted, no two are exactly alike. Each coffin has an upholstered bottom, with matching pillow, sewn in vintage fabrics. Six coffins are in production.

"Memories of that dreadful day, placed in the coffin, hidden away."

 

'Memories' include a (1/12 scale) wine bottle, a book, a beeswax candle, and a paper flower. A tiny replica of an advertising poster for a hot air balloon ride is tucked in the coffin lid. The skeleton figure rests comfortably under a closed or open lid.
